This store cheats the customers. please don't buy here. they promise everything while buying but once you paid they don't care much. they try to manipulate you to buy the stuff together and later say some stuff not available and ask you to buy something else. I would give 0 rating.

I wish i can give zero rating. they never delivery the stuff on time and promise everything at the time of taking money and not respond to customer later. please don't buy the stuff from here. they cheat the customers.

I recently ordered a king size bed and 2 nightstands from Elegant Furniture. My order was delivered in less than 7 days. Everything was brand new right out of the box, no flaws, no problems. The delivery guys were so helpful, they disassembled my old bed and assembled the new. They even put my old bed in the attic for me. Love my new bed, and l am so so satisfied and will definitely order from Elegant Furniture again!

Purchase a six Piece formal living room set in july,i was told furniture would be delivery on 25th august, took off work for delivery, furniture was not delivered and there was no call from the owner, i had to call him to reschedule, when furniture was deliver, delivery men was quite inexperience pushing and pulling the furnitures had to stop them and move my existing furniture and cover the floors so that they would not get damage, once delivered inspection was made and bottom of chair is hanging down and cushions are 3 to 4" over hanging pass the actual chair
i have sent picture to Elangant furniture and spoke with the owner several times to fix this issue, he has yet to sent a service rep out or try to fixed this issue..
the owner is unprofessional and his mannerism is none existent
and customer service is the worse, i would never recommend any one to buy from this company
