This was my very first visit at Captivating Smiles! Dr. Carter-Robinson is amazing. Shes patient, caring and gentle, but most importantly, talented. She does it all. The entire staff is simply wonderful. I have never received this level of care from a dentist in my life. They are all about education. The care package is the best around hands down. Their level of cleanliness and precaution is unmatched. They go above and beyond to keep everyone safe. Dare I say, I enjoyed my service.

This was the best experience. Very professional and everyone very nice, friendly and helpful. Dr. Cater-Robinson and her staff are amazing, the treatment was awesome!

Please do not buy into the 5 star reviews, as most businesses including Captivating smiles will pursued you to do a review for an item or services--- Which I never got my teeth whitening, so I deleted my 5 star reveiw. Please note all the real reviews regarding customer service and billing. The unsolited callback that I received yesterday from the front office manager was UNNECESSARY. I spoke with the Hygentist Amanda regarding my concerns for the EOB billing and my payments. I told "HER" I would not return, however the "mom" of the dentist felt the need to call me back and redirect my concerns to my insurance company. I had already spoken with my insurance company, logged in while on the 30 minute call and noted what was listed as PD and what my balance should have been. At no time, did I receive empathy "let me look into it" and get back with you. The mom will try to out talk you and OVER you. Theres no word to be put in. I have ATE my concerns for over a year due to Dr. Carter-- HOWEVER, all business ain't good business. I am still unusre why I continued to support this estabishment considering the customer service I received day 1 to the unprofessional, unsolicited callback I receieved yesterday. I only gave 2 stars fro Dr. Carter. However, BE WARE, this is a "family" business! Update 03/27/2024 My review is accurate! I have phone records showing the callback. AND payment receipts. No slander was done in my review only describing POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE INTERACTION WITH MOMMA BEAR!!!!
