        This office does great work but the communication is awful. Nobody answers the phone or calls back. Ive been waiting on a call back for 2 weeks about rescheduling an appointment.

        The office and staff are friendly but communication is terrible. I hate making phone calls and it just makes it more frustrating when I can't get through. I've managed to leave a message once to change an appt and otherwise when I call I get a busy signal and dial up sound. Also, their site says they offer oral surgery and they do not, they send you somewhere else. Again with communication, they sent my referral AFTER I made an appointment myself with the surgeon and then they didn't send my x-rays until I was at the appt with the surgeon weeks later. I don't know if they need more office staff, phone lines, etc but communication is literally their only problem
