I give Dr Gainey and her assistant Olga 5 stars. But the music upon entering was loud and not at all calming. Calming music (soothing) is so much better before a procedure when nervous already. The manager did come in to speak with me and would see what she can do but because it's thru satellite, she is limited. This vocal music had me on the verge of leaving. Inappropriate songs as well with children in building too.

Dental hygienist Charlea Dr Ghanny are great, but the front desk and overall business is horrible!! I had a permanent crown that came off within 2 months of installation, and as many times as i called and left messages to get an appointment to re-install it, i never got a call back. By the time i went in during my next scheduled cleaning, about 3 months after the crown came off, it no longer fit, and the dentistry wanted me to pay for the entire process all over again!! But this time, it wouldve been all out of pocket!! Time for a new dentist!
