Inconvenient last minute changes, inconsistent schedules, staffing issues and often unreliable. Zero accountability, lack of communication and preparation for holidays, emergencies, regarding operational hours and school age transportation.

My children attended during Summer. I see the efforts of the manager, Ms Zalika Reid.She is very friendly and professional. The staff are also friendly and I believe they are giving their best to give the children the best experience.

My experience with the child care network wasnt the best , I loved the old staff that was working the day care . They were very helpful and respectful. I really enjoyed having my daughter attend this facility when the previous staff was there. But the new staff is very rude, very nonchalant. Have ZERO patience for kids , the new director is Named Shakeema Mason . She had the nastiest attitude. She doesnt have any patience for kids . I dropped my daughter off last Thursday. We walked in her class Im taking her jacket off and the first thing the teacher said to my daughter was Aveah go stand in the blue carpet (Im still taking her jacket off we not even good enough in the door) Im like ok no good morning but there was this little boy had to have been 1 and mustve been his first time being at daycare . Im not really sure but he was having a melt down he was crying and she (the director) told him to go sit in time out and dont get off the carpet. So he moved off the carpet and she grabbed him by his arms and placed him back on the carpet and said I dont care we not doing this today so he got off the carpet again and she grabs him by his arms and try to place him back on the carpet and the little boy jerked away from her and he hit his head on the floor and she stated that was your fault not mine so at this point my daughter is afraid she is holding on to me not wanting to get down . That same day when I went to go pick her up , one of the teachers told me that I need to buy Removable pull ups because she doesnt have time to change my daughter pull up because I dress her in onesie or leggings sometimes . I said excuse me shes potty training if your taking her to the bathroom when she says she has to potty then there should be no reason for you to even have to change her pull up that often. Keep in mind my daughter talks pretty well shes 2 and she uses the bathroom here at home she goes to the potty . I said no the purpose of a pull up is to get them to learn how to pull up and down their pants . So she got smart with me so I pulled her completely out of that daycare . It was just too much . They had a male teacher working there and one of the moms complained that he hit her daughter foot and the director was very nonchalant about the situation. They missed placed my daughter blanket and got irritated when they had to look for it and then gonna tell me I need to get her a crib size blanket when the blanket she had was perfect for her size. This location needs an entire new STAFF. Everyone is just nasty they rude. Especially the new teachers and the director.

My son started here when he was 3 months old. It was scary to leave him being so young but the staff has always given me the confidence that he is in safe hands. Hes now 9 months and always happy to be dropped off in the morning. Its very frustrating the lack of support the center gets from corporate and has allowed a great daycare to loose most of their kids as they can not support the stuff. Upper management should be embarrassed and ashamed of this. Im giving 5 stars to the employees and manager of the center for all the great work they do. I have never felt my son has been mistreated and is provided a happy healthy environment. I give 0 stars to the corporation for their piss poor support to provide basic necessities like staff. I welcome a call from corporate

The staffing and how I was treated by other employed staff and managers was terrible working with #209 in Snellville, GA. Everything was very unprofessional and disorganized and some rude things were said to me on my first couple of days. Employees and managers have no respect for onboarding staff. Mrs. Zalieka was a horrible example as a manager. Zaria and other staff members working would not even greet me when I came in for my shift. I was also never offered lunch breaks or bathroom breaks I basically had to BEG. Children didnt even have their own classrooms due to short staffing . My hours were changed upon hiring and I was told I couldnt work unless I work the hours given to me after I was hired Mrs. Zalieka responds horribly to messages in a rude manner and is not clear on instruction whatsoever. I wouldnt even send my own kids here . They are often without changes of clothes and diaper supplies as well and there are several children in the classrooms with special needs that I am not equipped or trained with the skills to work with them. I barely recieved any training before or after my hire and was just thrown in the mix without knowing what to do. One of the staff members constantly yells at the children and snatch items out of the childrens hands and use excessive force . The children are always sick and have runny noses and parents complain that there are so many new teachers that the staff dont even know whos kid is whos and that can be very stressful to children and parents. This daycare was not a great experience and I do not recommend it to anyone seeking employment. The whole daycare needs to be reevaluated or shut down completely.
