After building a custom home during covid, it is not hard to identify exceptional craftsman who set themselves apart in the industry. While most business were understandably able to blame covid for a myriad of production problems, J.Aaron seemed to be at the top of thier game.I stumbled upon J.Aaron and then researched them thoroughly before investing in a large second island top that would sit in the center of my home. I live in Charlotte, NC and they are just outside of Atlanta. I found every contact with them to be professional, organized and helpful. Debra held my hand as I processed my vision. Not only was she patient and professional but she was knowledgable and able to help me narrow my vision. I am my own designer and her guidance was the perfect complement to my limited abilities. I was in Atlanta on business and impulsively asked if I could drop by the shop on a weekend. "Of course" was the response. Only a few tradesmen were onsite and they graciously stopped thier work to show us options and answer questions. This was probably not thier wheelhouse, but like everyone at J.Aaron, they were all about helping us get a vision for our countertop. When my project moved into production, communication continued to be exceptional and organized. Communication throughout the process was unmatched for the trade...prompt responses to emails and phone calls every time (this was stunning to me). My top was done and delivered when it was promised (again, stunned). It arrived and was exactly what I had visioned. It is absolutely stunning. We love it and it is the constant source of conversation when people visit. Our empty nester home is one large downstairs so it is a focal point. It had the potential to make or break our entire house. My brother, an engineer who has built several 1m++ houses calls it a home run. Both my builder and joiner think its exceptional. We think so too. I really cannot say enough nice things about Debra, Joshua and all the great folks at J.Aaron. I will recommend them without reservation. I am not sure I could say this about any other tradesmen on our build (or many other businesses in general).

My countertops I purchased from J Aaron are absolutely beautiful and perfect. Josh and Debra are wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure everything as I wanted. The craftmanship is outstanding. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
