One Stop Alterations & Shoe Repair

I really am underwhelmed with the service provided here. I brought in 9 pants in one order and 4 pieces in another order which was close to $200. When I received my pants back they were not hemmed at the proper length requested, they were still too long. Once I addressed the issue, I was accused of not bringing in the same shoes when I tried the pants on originally, which was not accurate. Once the pants were re-pinned and I took them to the register, I was told that I would have to pay an additional price when I already paid quite a bit of money upfront. After I explained I didn't think that was fair, no reasonable solution was provided and I had to make the decision to leave without the corrections being made because I refused to pay again or argue back and forth with them which is what the lady was doing with me. It's already difficult enough trying to explain as there was a language barrier. After I pick up my final four pieces, I will no longer support this business as they did not have good business practices. To anyone considering using them in the future, please be cautious and try on your items after your pickup, before you leave the store because it's your word against there's. I'm extremely disappointed!

They did alterations to my wedding dress and it fit as a glove. Added cups, bustle, added corset too. Then they did alteration to my reception dress and again did outstanding job. Cannot be happier. Will go there again to fix another dress :)

I'm very disappointed in repair received from present owner. After 6 weeks of going back and forth to this business. I finally got owner to admit he couldn't repair my boots..each time he would show me how he could r epair the boot, but he never attempted to repair. I must say he credited what I prepaid toward other service In addition on different boot I ask for heel not to have nails in the heels. He disregarded what I requested., he told upon my picking boot up he told me repair without nail wasn't possible. I will NOT be going back to this business The previous owner several years ago was better

Myung I think she was saying was so impressive on tailoring this evening gown of mine that I had to post something. I do not know anything else about her or the store except that she kept her word to me of completing the work with other pressing obligations and with in 24 hours, she made a dress that was too small above the waist, fit me. She is one of a kind when it comes to doing that because what was needing to be done was nearly impossible. Dont hesitate with her. Service: Custom tailoring

I wish I could give this place five stars because they do GREAT work regarding alterations. However, the customer service is not the best. This business was sold to the current owners by some other people. The prior owner was extremely friendly, and their prices were cheaper. I agree, the prices are extremely high, but those clothes will seem like they are made for you. I've had several outfits altered by them.
