They got me set up with a new phone when I had to replace an old device unexpectedly, but the discount I was told I was receiving on the device I purchased was not reflected in my actual billing. Update 1/29/24: they resolved the issue and applied the appropriate promotion!

Despite having the unlucky occurance of cracking the screen on my phone, I was very lucky to have the best person to fix the problem. Calvin was extremely helpful, very patient, and understanding while assisting me. I never felt pressured or misunderstood because Calvin explained the details of my upgrade plainly and answered my questions honestly. Losing all of my memories, photos, and notes would have been devastating. Even with my cracked screen malfunctioning Calvin took his time and went above and beyond to help me successfully save and transfer everything to my new phone. While waiting the two hours for transfer I observed his peers, Greg and Davis, helping other customers. All of these guys were very professional and personable with each person they helped, myself included. By far my best experience at a Verizon store. So many thanks to all three of them.
