        First off, Dr. Sims is GREAT...this is not a review about the doctor. This is about: 1) the argument between a patient and a staff member that happened in the waiting area (very unprofessional staff member!) AND... 2) my OVER 2 HOUR WAIT that it took to get to see the doc today. Appointment was at 3:15. Saw the doc at 5:15ish. I was the last patient to leave...the staff was leaving before I got to leave. Just a simple request...If y'all know you're THAT backed up, a simple quick phone call to reschedule my appointment would have been appreciated. I've waited an hour at this office before, and I was expecting the same. THIS wait time was totally unacceptable. The staff was very kind and apologetic, but I will NEVER have an afternoon appointment there again.
