        Ok. The customer service is GREAT!!! I had a bad experience that led them to get 4 stars and not 1 but not 5. Today was 40% off online purchase but can pickup at store. Well that did NOT work out. Some of the items wouldn't allow for pickup but those items wouldn't allow for delivery. I know it does not make sense. Almost 2 hrs later. The items will be delivered, my boys will get what they want and I recieved my discount. I kept my cool, they were (staff and the young lady on the phone because YES, I had to call to see what was going on and no one really understood the issue nor do they still) but everyone were attentive, wanting and willing to help me. I am VERY PLEASED WITH THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The system needs improvement!
