Terrible service as a first time customer. You can tell their customer service is not up to par because my service had absolutely nothing to do with color based on their reply (wrong customer). It was simply an in person inquiry about getting micro loc extensions, the lady conducting the consultation was 20 minutes late, and the owner wound up contacting me back over a month after my consultation concluded with pricing. Simply UNPROFESSIONAL! If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I have nothing but great things to say about this salon. A little back story: When I first visited, I went to the ATL location and had my locs retwisted and curled for a wedding. The hairstyle didnt come out the way Id hoped and when I told Renee about it, she promised a free style when I came back into town. 7 months later, I reached out, at midnight for a same day appointment to get a retwist and the free style. Renee responded promptly and booked me for Jamie. Jamie gave me the BEST shampoo and conditioning of my life, I almost fell asleep in the bowl lol. Afterwards, I showed her the style I wanted and Jamie replicated it perfectly, she even accepted feedback so that I could get the style just right. At the end of the appointment, I went to check out and my service bill was $0.00!!!! I fully expected to pay for the retwist so was pleasantly surprised that Renee did that for me. Now THAT is what you call superb customer service. Wherever I come back to ATL, I will definitely be visiting Natural Trendzetter and have referred all of my friends and family members there!! GOD bless you and your business!!!
