I found Cheryl off of Groupon and she was offering a sale. I called and she told me she would honor that price. I was a few minutes late bc I was detoured twice. When I got there someone was already there and when I came in she said come on back that she had more people coming in. I said I can reschedule since I was late. She said just sit down. The whole time I was sitting there she talked to a lady that she knew obviously well and didn't really talk to me except talking about me. She was saying I was scared and that was not true. I was uncomfortable bc it was my first time getting highlights and she told the other lady that I was one of the girls off Groupon wanting a cheap hair service. She then said I wouldn't be cheap with my hair. First I think this was very rude and unprofessional. I didn't say anything bc I'm not a rude person. So basically talking bad about me bc I wanted a sale that she has out and is still offering. Just so ya know she is really nice at first and then when you get there it's different. She makes fun of people using Groupon. Also her brushes had a lot of hair in them and was out of a drawer so I hope they were clean but I doubt it. She also ruined my hair. The highlights were awful and I have to get my hair redone. It might be a sale but she doesn't take pride in her work. I guess it has to be over $100 for her to do it right. You are saying you're a godly woman that is great. So am I. I wasn't the one talking about others coming in for that sale. If you'd like to make it right then I'd like my money back. Because I have shown other stylist and they all said the same that it wasn't done right. I didn't even know you and I brought you a gift bc you said you just had a birthday and I was trying to give something back to you bc you said you always honored that sale to be a good person. So I would honor what you say and give me a refund. She would not give me a refund. I just had my hair redone and they said you did not do a good job. The highlights we're wet symmetrical and my hair was orange.

I went to Cheryls with my sister for the first time, I didnt even get my hair cut I was just waiting for my sister while she got her haircut. She was so friendly and genuine, everyone there was. We are new to the area and she treated us like long time friends. I thought I would be bored but I was pleasantly surprised- Ill be going back to get my hair cut, my sisters hair turned out great!

RUDE, RACIST, DISRESPECTFUL, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON. This lady claims to be a cosmetology instructor, but she completely RUINED my hair. I asked for full highlights. Instead, I had a patch of bright yellow bleached hair, bright orange stripes, and no highlights on the back of my head. I had my hair done on the 31st at 5pm and left her salon at 7pm. I saw how my hair looked in my car and freaked out. I called her immediately asking for refund. On the phone, she said she will give me a refund because I didnt trust her to fix my hair again. Then, she texts me within few minutes saying she wont give me a refund because Im not letting her fix my hair. They way she damaged my hair, I will NOT let you fix my hair. She blocked my number, so I called her with a different number to try and get a refund. She hung up and still doesnt want to give me a refund. Since I left her appointment at 7pm, I went to a different Professional hairstylist to fix the damage. It took 9pm to 12am for the different hairstylist to fix. The professional hairstylist gave me her professional advice that this lady DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HAIR. As a business owner, you did not properly complete your service. My hair was completely BOTCHED. If you want to be a hair stylist, take action for your mistakes. No customer should be treated this way. I have screenshot messages of the business owner calling me Chinese (even though Im Korean), and calling me a cheap ass.
