Salon Lofts Snellville Pavilion

Since I've moved to Atlanta it's been extremely hard to find a stylist who genuinely care about the health of your hair. This will be the last time I'll be visiting Salon Lofts at this location. The stylist Rayna openly embarrassed me in front of a client about my hair thinning, asked me if I went to the Dr. and advise me not to do the protective style I requested. She ended up ONLY braiding my hair down charging me $75 total. Mind you, my mother in my hometown does hair and told me based off the pictures of my braids it appears as though the stylist just didn't want to do my hair. The braids are messy and uneven, nor did she offer to straighten my wig or to do any other styles after I asked her if there was anything she could do once she advised me not to do the protective style I wanted. I would have said more face to face but to keep myself from crying and the embarrassment was just ready to leave. No one deserves to feel unpretty, and embarrassed when spending their hard earned money to look nice.

Naomi has the BEST service and does excellent work! My knotless braids are gorgeous.
