Worst bank ever to exist

I was doing a wire transfer and guy name Darvin told me 30 minutes, They made me wait for an hour and half to do wire transfer and said they are busy and they keep taking their appointments peoples. I regret opening an account with Truist bank.

We walked in on a Saturday at 10:30am without an appointment hoping to open our sons first checking account and boy did we luck out in having Mr. David Bunch assist us in this next step for our nervous and excited young teenager. He was warm, friendly, and most of all sincere. He was brimming with all the necessary information regarding safeguarding ones personal details and advice on what to be wary of that all young people need to ground themselves in. Thanks for walking us through the process, Mr. Bunch! Never knew spending the morning at a bank could be so enjoyable.

Manager would not let me make a large withdrawal after I authenticated my account which is unheard of. Been banking here for years. One of the employees told me he sucks with his as* I think that may be the problem!
