Im leaving this rating on behalf of my sister Tanika Wise. Bottomline we will be seeking legal recourse for fraudulent business practices, multiple consumers saying the same things. The car is no good and has had problems since Day one of purchase. Credit acceptance is asking to get with dealer to return the car and the dealer is refusing to take the car back stating she no longer owns the contract. She was indeed paid by the finance company. The car is completely gone and the warranty is not acceptable to not one mechanic Ive tried. I dont have any tags and the vin number has an error on it. Ive tried to make this work but now its turning legal and I will prevail.. Steer clear of this company, COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS

NEGATIVE 5 STARS IS MY RATING The experience was nice at first (of course because the goal is to sell a car). Truck purchased 1st because dealership error had issues of getting my plates so my plates were expired. Less then 2 months I learned to find out engine was bad from previous issues but it had supposedly an inspection done ( ask for proof of that and it wasn't provided) I purchased the warranty that doesn't even cover half the cost of repair. So thousands of dollars I need to pay out of pocket. When I spoke with the owner who sold me the car I get it's nothing I can do to help my business is not in the position to help but you were in the position to take my money, and had the audacity to hang up me. MY recommendation would be go to another dealership. BBB report in progress!!! EDIT... TO OWNER RESPONSE UNTRUE STATEMENTS AS YOU DID WITH THE BBB AS WELL THE WARRANTY WAS SUPPOSED TO COVER THE ENGINE (IT COVERED LESS THEN HALF THE AMOUNT OF THE REPAIR. YOU REACHED OUT FOR A VIN # WHICH OF COURSE YOU HAD. BUT WHO WANTS TO SPEAK WITH AN UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON WHO INTENTIONALLY HUNG THE PHONE UP ON THEM. AGAIN NEGATIVE 5 STARS IN MY OPINION.
