GARBAGE!!!!! GARBAGE!!! GARBAGE!!!! From a poor and improper install several years ago, to blowing my freon pipes, to calling me 3 times because they had my name, phone number and address mixed up with someone else. Then after coming refusing to get in my crawl space where THEY installed my system because the per the technician I am 59 and too old to go in there telling me to call castel because hes not going to do it. RUN! Theyre in their last leg and need to cease even answering phone calls!! My homeowners insurance came out and accessed the unit and found several flaws! After i get the write up I will be pursuing this further Services: A/C system repair, Install AC

whole system including ductwork (approximately 2018). Duct work was mashed under the house. It was supposed to be replaced. Never happened due to shortage of staff. I called a year ago when I learned the furnace was too big for this size house. Over heats and shuts down. No response. I called today after having the furnace serviced by someone else.. I talked to Mark.. He does not have records and does not do duct work. He had a rigged solution that I would have to see if it was safe and have a qualified person do it. This was my third system from Ace & A. Never again. Costly mistake. Services: Installation, Install thermostat

I used them in May of 2018. We came home one weekend to find our heating and air had stopped working. When I contacted them, they told me they were booked pretty far out. I informed them I had a newborn in the home and they were able to squeeze me in same day. Turns out, our whole system needed to be replaced. We figure out the financial part of things and they installed next day. Flash forward to August of 2023. My husband and I start noticing spots of water in our bedroom and the hallway in front of our bedroom door that won't dry and has been gradually getting worse over the course of a week. My husband gets into the closet where the indoor unit is and notices that it has been leaking for quit sometime. He works for a different heating and air company, so he contacts them to come out and take a look. Turns out, Ace & A improperly installed our indoor unit and sealed it with a tape of some sort. It appears the unit had been leaking for years. When the service techs working on the unit took out the unit housing the coils to reinstall it, there was mildew and slim all over the unit. We have been breathing that stuff in for years. I feel disappointed and taken advantage of. Teach your techs and installers to do proper and honest work. I will not be using this company ever again, and in fact, I will recommend against using them to anyone else looking for heating and air recommendations.
