    I do not recommend anyone to use this company. They were referred to us by our insurance company and it was the biggest mistake ever. First they are not reliable. They said they will be done in 14 days , it took them 30 days . Second, we knew we had to vacant our home so we put cameras all over our home. The workers were looking in our pantries and opening up our refrigerator. They came in at 9:00 and left at 11:00am everyday , barely did any work, that’s why the process took longer. The quality of work was poor. They were contracted to fix mold in a closet and they ended up ripping up the walls in the whole room when the report only showed mold in the closet. We paid for the materials to replace the floor and our insurance paid them for the materials and EE&G refused to reimburse us. They send us a check for 130.00 dollars for carpet when they didn’t put carpet on the floor they put the 600.00 flooring WE paid for out of pocket and refused to reimburse us. They replaced the AC unit and now our AC unit is falling apart and now we have to contract another company to fix it correctly. The patching job in the room was done poorly as seen in the photos.I suggest everyone who has done business with them to overlook their work. I will also let our insurance company know to stop referring clients to them.

    Not the greatest experience Ive had with a contractor. In the beginning it seemed like everything would go well despite being delayed over a month since the insurance company paid them a check to start work. Long story short we were without a functioning house for over 4 months. We were in a hotel for 2 months. I dont believe the sun-contractors EEG hire are very qualified to do the work. It took them two months to rip and replace less than 1200sf worth of flooring. There were many things that their team or subs had to come back and redo. Then at the end their sub contractor called me threatening a lien on my home due to EEG not paying them. There is still trash in my garage they didnt take. I was over it and was ready to be done shortly after they started. I wouldnt use this company again for anything and if you have Allstate I would make sure you dont let them send your work to EEG. Services: Remodeling, Flooring, Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Painting, Plumbing
