Genesis of Smyrna

Went to service my Genesis for maintenance and recall. After speaking with the service rep, I was told that I could not get a shuttle, nor loaner nor Lyft to get back home on a service call that could last over 4 hours. Unbelievable that I need to find my own ride home and back to get my vehicle. Previously, my Audi would always give me a loaner. Dissatisfied to say the least with this dealership.

In general, the service experience was disappointing for a luxury brand such as Genesis. I was able to book an appointment online for valet at home concierge service, when actually no such service exists for the Ed Voyles location, which is insane. Upon my arrival to drop the car off, the service manager (?) appeared disorganized, uninformed, and generally did not display good manners as he ate his meal while reviewing my appointment details. It took 40 minutes from check-in to securing the rental car, which is poor compared to other luxury service centers. The rental car provided to me was not clean on the exterior. Needless to say, I would be hard pressed to recommend the Ed Voyles Genesis of Smyrna service center.
