All States Tires

My car started making a noise after going with him to get my back tire patched but I couldnt figure out what it was and I thought the noise was coming from the front bumper. I took it to the mechanic and I had to leave it there and they eventually realized that my tire was loose and that it only had 3 lug nuts in and the other 2 had come off because he didnt do the job right. I had to pay $200 at a mechanic for the time they spent on it and the owner of this tire shop accepted it had been his error but refused to pay anything. My tire couldve come completely loose and caused me to have an accident or worse and on top of that I had to pay $200 for his error and poorly done job.
