        Customer service is excellent. The associates are super friendly and helpful I have never had any problems at this Smyrna location.

        Mark, the manager, is rude, condescending, argumentative, and unkind. He holds up the line with flimsy arguments about services that he does not want to do but that are standard in other stores. And hell bark at you as tho youre an idiot while doing it. He humiliates customers in front of other customers. Mark is mean or overdue for retirement. There is a UPS store on every corner, go there. Save your time, energy, and sanity. FYI, the youngsters working in this store are a can-do group of smart, competent, helpful people. Everything that Mark is not.
