This man is a THEIF! I paid him 780.00 for a 6 mos package and he never showed up one time! I will be seeking legal action against them. He didn't even have the decency to call or text. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Calls himself a pastor or man of God. He is a fraud

Called ask for a pice. He gave it to me. Explain to him how my dog was he assured me he can handle it. Came over and half done my dog. Claim he would return to finish him the next day never returned. My biggest mistake was that I paid him the money before he returned to finish my dog. He is a fraud to me and not a person of his word left my dog looking a mess. Never again.

Would not recommend for cat baths. He showed up and I should have known it wouldn't go well when he asked for a volunteer between me and my wife. I was the volunteer, ended up getting scratched. That's the whole reason I wanted a "professional" to do it. The only reason this is getting two stars is because my cat liked his brush. It needs to be noted that he didn't brush him. He handed me the brush and I brushed him. Seriously, look elsewhere for your cat to get a bath.

I booked an appointment with Jamal to shampoo my dog and clip her nails. He actually did a good job. So good that I agreed to a prepaid package for 3 grooming appointments. I attempted to book an appointment with him multiple times before I realized he had no intention of providing any services. Every time I scheduled an appointment (4 times) he never showed. I would text once he didnt show and among his excuses were Im stuck in traffic, I got a flat tire while stuck in traffic, I was just in an accident and taking my car to get it repaired, Im waiting for traffic to get better, Ive been at the emergency room all day and they are about to drain fluid off my eye (said he was stuck in traffic earlier in the day). Buyer Beware! Not trustworthy or reliable.
