        I switched to State Farm because my other insurance had raised rates. When I call, the same people answer the phone and they know me by name. Erica is AMAZING. She's always so friendly and upbeat, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Laura Beth is wonderful as well as all of her staff. Even though I live in Augusta and they are in Smyrna (about 2hrs away), I feel like I know these people and I never feel like a number to them. HIGHLY recommend!! A+++
