Update 04/09/24 Excellent care, great staff and Tarah (hygienist) and Dr. Shim are very professional and personable. Go nowhere else for dental care! Update 12/05/2023 Never get tired of singing the praises of the entire team at this dental practice. Look no further, this IS the place. Thanks for a 2023 of great care! Update 9/31/23 A replacement crown was necessary and the whole process was done with excellent results in ONE week. Sarah created a fantastic temporary and the permanent crown was put in today and is perfect. The whole team is awesome...THANK YOU!! I always post a review after being seen at Oakdale Family Dental and it's always 5 stars. No different this past week when an unexpected dental issue came up and everyone moved floss and high water to get me in. Thanks to Sora, Lindsey, Brittany and of course Dr. Shim for such great care. Google needs to add an extra star . UPDATE 04/04/2023 Planned hygienist appointment; warm greeting on arrival, quick and timely welcome from the hygienist, professional cleaning and completed by a review from Dr. Shim. Everyone is professional, personable in a very bright and very clean environment. Would recommend to anyone. The BEST, look no further! UPDATE 07/06/2022...Again an unplanned visit and Lindsay found a date and time that worked perfectly. I was greeted by a new dental assistant Brittany and she was delightful. Dr. Shim performed with his usual professional, calm and welcoming manner. So grateful for the entire staff. Have to end with THE BEST!! UPDATE 01/11/2022...Had an unexpected dental issue and was seen by Dr. Shim ASAP. Thanks to the office staff for getting me in and for the always professional, caring care I received. The BEST!! UPDATE 11/03/2021: Visit for regular cleaning required some extra work and Dr. Shim was on it without delay. His professionalism and true care was very much appreciated. Again, The Best!! Aug 2021:Excellent Covid precautions in place! A pleasant and professional visit. Dr. Shim, Tara my hygienist, and his entire staff are very welcoming and take the stress out of a dentist visit. THE BEST!!

Dr. Shim, and his staff, are attentive, kind, gentle, professional, and a joy to visit. I was a dental scaredy cat but from the beginning (years ago), those fears were immediately put to rest. I highly recommend!!

This group has become my favorite dentist I've ever had! Dr. Shim is just the best always kind and professional in every way! My hygienist Shannon is just the best to! We have so.much fun laughing and catching up! A+ service!!

I have been a longtime patient of Dr Shim and would highly recommend him and his team to anyone. I had a recent emergency and they worked tirelessly to help me get treated and I felt very cared for as a patient. A top notch practice!
