Chase Bank

Chase Bank does not do well with communicating on a personal to person level via the telephone. No one answers their direct lines either. I do not have this problem with my credit union. It is really pitiful and frustrating as well.

If there was a ZERO-star rating, this branch would get it for lack of respect and service to all customers. I ordered checks from the branch teller a few months ago, the order arrived and was half the order, when I went to the branch to share the news, was told they are not responsible for the order and to call the 3rd party. LAURI HAMILTON GETS A ZERO FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP. When asked for manager was told no one is available. I will be closing my multiple accounts with Chase and moving to a bank that treats all people with Respect.

Have called multiple days at multiple times of the day no one ever picks up the phone. Had to physically go to the branch to have my question answered to which I was told they couldn't help me with ordering currency.
