Wish I read the reviews PRIOR to submitting my rental application. This company DOES NOT answer any phone calls during REGUALAR business hours. Called several times left VM’s. I finally received a TEXT. My experience was awful, very misleading information on rental application. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I worked mostly with Michelle Hollberg at HNN, who managed several properties for us. Michelle is a pro, and handled all the details of finding tenants, repairs, paying bills, etc. efficiently. And whenever the occasional tricky situation popped up, she was able to get it taken care of with a minimum of fuss. I've used the services of several property management companies over the years, and I definitely had the best experience Michelle and HNN.

Michelle and team have been wonderful in helping us get our properties set. Being first time landlords they took the time to walk me through all the important things, give me great advice and most importantly, take the hassle out of finding tenants, managing the extensive work that needed to be done and was even able to get more rent from existing tenants.

We've been using HNN for over 10 years to manage our rental properties. Most of our tenants have been great, but when things happen (break-ins, tenants don't pay, maintenance) I cannot say enough great things about having them on our side. They take care of everything for you. Being a landlord can be stressful and I wouldn't do it without HNN on my team.

I found the team at HNN to be great. From sourcing properties & providing information on renovations to organising renters the process has been smooth and drama free. From the start I've had great confidence in the team to source quality tennants and that has not disappointed. I've relied on email, text and phone to communicate and all have been great. Highly recommended.
