I want to express my feelings and anger about how I was treated by one of the fellow members of the mosque. On March 16, I was invited by a very good friend of mine to attend iftari. This was my very first time bringing my children to the mosque, wanting them to meet other fellow Muslims and experience it. It was our first time at Jaffari Center of Atlanta and we drove one hour to bring my kids to feel the culture and introduce them to Islam, based on a referral from a friend. A very rude and disrespectful lady approached me in front of my children, accusing me of taking food home. Firstly, the plate was filled with untouched leftovers from my children. I put all the food in one plate and offered the lady if anyone wants to take the food home instead of wasting it and throwing it away. Unfortunately, I didnt get her name, but she was very rude and disrespectful. She said this mosque is only for Pakistani people and not for Arabs. She made a scene in front of my children, and my daughter got scared and worried about how mean and rude she was. My daughter even said people at the church are much nicer. This is very disappointing that my children and I experienced this. I want to let everyone know about my experience, and Arabs, please dont come to this mosque anymore; we are not welcomed at this mosque!"

Jaffari center is great mosque, I love going there, they treat me with great respect, I feel more connected to Allah swt while I am there, jazakallah for your services.

If I could click zero star I would. Please dont attend this Mosque very bad experience I had on March 16. Your not welcomed there if your not Pakistani.
