Hi Heidi,It is unfortunate that you were not aware at the time of your purchase about our return policy. Because we cannot always guarantee verbal confirmation of our return policy with each and every customer we always have the policy clearly printed on the bottom of everyone’s receipt. We also have our return policy printed and in a 5”x7” frame at the register at all times so that the customers may view the policy at any point.When you arrived, you let our associate know that the item did not work for you and you wanted a return. Our associate kindly asked if you would like in-store credit that never expires or if you would like to exchange it at this time. You expressed that you did not realize that we did not offer full returns. She then apologized and reminded you that our store credit does not expire. As the manager of the store, I witnessed this encounter and would have been happy to work something out if you had asked for me. Unfortunately you took your frustration out on my associate and referred to our policy as “crap” and walked out. She was kind to you and accommodating the best she could, and I do not believe that she had a negative tone in any shape or form towards you. As we appreciate honest feedback of our store and how we operate it is unfortunate to have such feedback that drastically affects a local business of over 28 years from someone who has shopped with us multiple times and has had pleasant experiences with us up until this point.Our store policy has always been in-store credit or exchange within 10 days. This policy comes from being a small business with local business norms. This policy is in place to prevent the fees of credit cards processing and restocking.We are always willing to work with our customers and make the experience better.
