The AutoNation VW Savannah crew did a great job! I traveled down from Wilmington, NC to purchase my new Taos. I was in contact initially through their website, then by text and finally in person. From start to finish Brian M. and the whole team were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend.

The entire process was uncomplicated and friendly from start to finish. No pushy salesman, no bait and switch when you get back to finance. They even offered Chick-Fil-A sandwich when i arrived. Vehicle these days are slim pick-ins and I had come all the way from Columbia, so to have food waiting and a friendly staff made the trip worth wild. Purchased a 2018 VW Passat, vehicle was as advertised. If they had more of what I was looking for I would have purchased more. If you are thinking about a new ride for yourself give them a chance.

FRAUD!!!! I have never written a review in my life but this is incredible. Called about a 2017 MB SLC 43 posted on AutoTrader.com. Price 39,952. Spoke with Brian McKinney. He sent me the CarFax via email. Put a deposit of $500 on the car. Gave my corporate credit card. He assured me the car was being held for me while he finalized the price of delivery and would send me the sales contract later that day. Called him at the end of the day and he said he would do it in the AM. He sent me his cellular number. Got the contract the next day after calling him. The contract now read the price of the car was 42,453. I told him that he changed the price on me. He said that it was unfortunate and he would discuss it with his sales manager John Deford. He never called me back. I called repeatedly and left many messages with him. He never called back. Never responded to my texts. I called the manager and he did not pick up and did not respond. I called Brian again and his voicemail picked up stating "the mailbox is full and can not accept any more messages." There people are scammers. They are perpetrating fraud. I submitted a claim with the BBB. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEIR PRICES ARE FRAUDLENT. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR CONTRACTS OR THEIR WORD. STAY AWAY. all this for $3000. If you've had a similar experience please contact me. I am in contact with the CA and GA attorney general. I will file suit. I am a surgeon and run a business that is based on honesty and respect. These people have none of that.
