The used car center for Critz Buick-GMC and Mercedes. They have a much larger selection than the dealership used to carry, with nearly any brand auto you desire. Wally was very helpful and friendly, and I am happy I came in and checked the place out.

My car salesman was Phillip Ellison and my transaction or buying experience was from three states over. Phillip made the car buying experience pleasant and the complete transaction smooth. Phillip was extremely professional and kept me informed through the whole buying process. From preparing the sales contract, picking me up at the airport to explaining the ins and outs of my slightly used 2021 Jeep Gladiator. I believe that I might have spent only an hour at the dealership from receiving to my departure. The true test was of the caring and customer service he displayed even though the vehicle I purchased wasn't even the brands they normally sell but, it didn't stop him from making me feel special.
