My daughter had an emergency after work today and needed to get a leak repaired in her tire. She arrived at 5:45pm and was turned away and told they couldn't help her due to them closing in 45 minutes. She was told that an appointment is required. That seems like a strange policy, knowing that nobody can schedule an emergency.

We were visiting the area from out of town and had a tire blow out late in the afternoon. We limped into their shop on a donut and they agreed to work us in and look at our needs. They didnt stock the replacement tire we needed but said they could have it overnight. Fortunately we had overnight accommodations so were able to make an appointment for the next morning. We arrived at our appointment time, they had the tire and an hour later we were back on the road. Terri and Dwayne were friendly, considerate to our situation and so helpful. During our times in the waiting area we noticed a lot of other individuals visiting this business.
