This has been the best tire shop experiences I've ever had. I went to discount tire to get a slow leak fixed. The said they couldn't fix it while I ordered new tires because the tire was beyond the legal limit.....when 3 months prior they fixed the passenger front in the same condition. I just simply said I'll go to another shop. I got here and there was 1 person working. initially, he found the leak within 1 minute and was going to plug it. I told him I would rather get it patched the right way. He told me the price to do a proper patch and I said okay. once he took the tire off, I realized it was in worse condition than anticipated. The guy working called me over and said I don't really want to charge you to patch this tire in this condition so can I just sell you a new one for a little more. I said okay and he walked back and found the right size tire in Michelin. I told him if he was replacing one can we do another and he said he could. After replacing the one tire this man looked all over the shop to find a matching brand, type and tire thread. I was completely taking care of and left with new used tires to last me another 3 years. At the very end I thanked this gentleman and he replied you are my customer and it is my duty to make sure you are taken care of. He also said any problems to come back. I really liked that he had a huge supply of Michelin tires, I always have great success with those compared to other brands. I will surely use this shop again.
