AT&T Support Center & NOC

AT&T has been "trying" to install fiber internet at my house for 3 months and finally told me that I should probably give up. The pole is in the yard next to mine. The first installer refused to look further for it than my yard and gave up. The second installation attempt got cancelled and nobody informed me. The third installer found the connection in my neighbors yard and decided that the trees needed to be trimmed before he could install it. They have continued to schedule "installs" every week since then, just to show up and see if the trees have been trimmed. Every person I have talked to at AT&T has come up with a new lie, including "we are scheduling you with an installer with special certification to trim the trees and do the install" and "they are actually sending the crew out today or tomorrow to trim the trees, so the installer will be able to do all of the work next week." They didn't show up, call, or message me on the last installation attempt. Apparently the tech had remotely put in notes that they couldn't do the install, and just never showed up. I called AT&T and the guy on the phone literally said that I should just cancel the install and find another internet provider.
