        Victory and Garden city completely messed my taxes from 2019-2021. Hell they never even filed my 2020. I was told to go to the pooler location to speak to Mrs.Denise Jordan. I was very nervous because for the past two years filing taxes has been a living nightmare. Mrs. Denise was able to assist in this stressful experience. She had to go back and redo the damage that was caused. I just want to THANK HER for helping me and squeezing me in to assist. I was about to be done with Jackson Hewitt but as long as I can get her to do my taxes Ill definitely stay. You need a raise my love you just dont know how much you helped me

        I been filing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt probably since the early 2000..I never had any problems up until now.. Im very disappointed and after this year I will no longer be filing with Jackson Hewitt..
