        This place has really gone down hill. I actually met the owner previously and he was a very nice guy. These new employees don't want to work. I used to run a way bigger UPS store by myself in Florida. This one is staffed with a bunch of people who are rude and don't want to work. The woman today was rude and seemed to purposefully turning customers away. The male employee was very nice. I stood there for about an hour today just to do some Amazon drop-offs. I remember the owner helped me along time ago shipping some laptops back as I was worried about the staff. I really hope the audio interface I sent out makes it as the lady had an attitude and seemed to just throw tape on box (which I could have done faster) didn't need to waste an hour of my time. Wouldn't just give me the box... it's all on camera from 4 to 5 PM. There was even a tape fun by the new amazon drop off station too. Some people do not belong in customer service and I genuinely feel had for this owner.

        this store particularly, on Johnny Mercer blvd in Savannah, Georgia, is my favorite the employees are always efficient, friendly, fast and professional. all UPS stores ive been to have been great, but this one is especially impressive.

        Absolutely adore this location and this team I can arrive at 8 oclock in the morning when the door opens frantic with documents perhaps or some thing that needs to be notarized a package maybe that needs to go to my grandchildren it doesnt matter this store is top-notch handle multiple customers simultaneously everyone of us leaving with a smile on our face and a job well done shout out to the Wilmington Island team yall rock
