Midgard Self Storage

I was in need of a storage unit for my Savannah State College Student. I looked online, found Midgard Self Storage, called for information and was given great communication on how to reserve a rental unit. Representative Agent Kristin was so helpful with answering my questions, and explained everything about my rental, to just make the process so easy. She really was the reason that I chose this company, because of her excellent customer service skill sets. She knows her job well, and has a way of keeping you from stressing out over what you do not know about renting different size storage units. Midgard Self storage, your company has two awesome young ladies that work for your company Tarsha is one and cant remember the other young lady name but they normally working together. They go out their way to info and help you concerning your bill. I hope your company shows them gratitude.

I paid for a storage space today since I need to store my things this evening and leave Savannah. I have been sitting at the gate for almost an hour waiting for the store manager to call and assist so I can enter the gate. It is almost 10: 00 pm, I have called customer service twice and the store manager has still not called. What a huge inconvenience, I ma unable to leave Savannah as planned until I am able to unload my truck.
