We had 45 minutes until closing and was told we had to leave because they were about to close. They should include that on the sign if it the dining room is closed earlier

Horrible. Not clean, rude owner. I found a bug in my food, went back into the store to get my money back and he refused. The Chatham County Health department will be notified about this. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Terrible service! I had an online order and it was thrown together, barely toasted! Owner answered the phone very rude when calling about my order then to get my sandwich which was made poorly Im very disappointed and highly upset! DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR QUICK QUALITY LUNCH!

Unfortunately I wish I would have read the reviews before I went here....
The Asian guy or Korean ,I'm not sure if he was the manager, was VERY RUDE and disrespectful poor customer service ..and I even told the girl working there... I said in all my years of going to Subway this was the worst customer service I ever received.
He was like come on hurry up hurry up I'm busy I got stuff to do I said sir could you please just spread the onions out on my sub he was bunching everything almost throwing the stuff on the sandwich and I asked him to spread it out I got two footlongs and he kept saying yeah yeah putting his hand up I don't have time I'm busy I got stuff to do... I told him this was not good customer service then the girl tried to jump in to help and I let her know that they need to put him in the back somewhere.. I don't even really write reviews please take WARNING.
I really do hope the CORPORATE STORE will read these reviews and reach out to this location because it's really giving Subway a bad name... Savannah is a tourist town and he does not need to be at this location if he the owner please have him to take communication classes he was very anxious rushing and talking rudely and doing other stuff that was unnecessary..
