AJ came out today to put on a ridge vent. Took his time and explained everything and showed finished pictures. Very profession. Would recommend.

My neighbor and I decided to have our duplex reroofed. Called Roof Crafters at the beginning of February they walked the roof gave us an estimate and then my neighbor and I after looking at 3 other estimates decided on Roof Crafters. We scheduled a day they showed up on that day, strip the roof replace necessary wood lay down underlayment and singled the entire roof in one day ,laying rubber inside all the valleys and at the entry points of possible water super satisfied with a job and cleanup ,would recommend them to anyone,.

Awful experience! Signed the contract back in September and they never showed up. We called several times and we kept getting we will call you back to get you scheduled in 3-5 business days. Never showed up. We started calling every other day and still nothing. Our roof leak has gotten significantly worse since this process and now the job is going to be bigger. If they didnt think the job would make them enough money then they should be up front about it and not keep telling us they are sending someone out. We are now going with a different company.

I had a leak in my roof and they came out and patched the roof while we waited for the insurance company to complete all the paperwork. They completed the roof in one day. They used quality materials and have a great warranty. Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Out of the few roof companies I communicated with for a metal roof replacement; RoofCrafters was the one we chose. First, the professionalism of Joseph Martinez, who was the first face of RoofCrafters we came across with (as he did the roof assessment and provided the quote), was outstanding which gave RoofCrafters a good reputation. Second, it didn't matter how many different quotes I requested (with different materials ext) RoofCrafters was the one to provide it with no issues and in a timely manner (Thanks to Joseph & Sandy). Most importantly, RoofCrafters has a representative or POC for each step of the process, I know that they're all a team and each person contributed to the success of the roof replacement. However, Sandy Shaw, made this entire process seamless and enjoyable. She made the entire team shine by always being available to guide, answer any questions, or clarify information. Not to mention, her persistence and quick communication is what encouraged us to work with RoofCrafters. Thank you again Sandy.
