Worked on a project 3+ years ago for our business and had a relatively good experience. Called Alan again in late 2018 to do the same property over again. After the initial meeting with the City was confirmed we had to cancel the day of because he couldn't make the meeting. On the next meeting date, he did show up and we got an outcome. Although it wasn't favorable, Alan told me that we would work on a solution and he sent me an invoice for services rendered so far. After I paid the invoice in a timely fashion that's when communication stopped. More than a dozen unanswered phone calls, voicemails and emails. Totally unreliable with our needs and doesn't really seem to care. I'm not one to jump on my google review podium but I felt this like deserved a little extra attention due to the disrespect he showed to our family run business.
