Christina and the team go above and beyond. They care about the details from the quality of the photos, to the marketing, to how they check in and manage a vacant house. The energy that she put into following up on showings was amazing, and Christina became like family through this process. We cant speak highly enough about Christina and the McIntosh team!

I thought coming from New England and trying to buy a house in this unfamiliar area was going to be a nail biting experience.It was anything but , all because of my agent Tiffany Wolfe. She sent me listed properties so I could see what was available even before I was in the area.By the time I arrived we both had an idea of what I was looking for. The house I fell in love with was on the market 1 day and already had an offer. She suggested a few things to make my offer more favorable. It was accepted the next day. Coming from out of town I had no contacts for anything . She easily found me everyone I needed. She negotiated with the sellers over a roofing issue and handled finding and dealing with a roofer.She found me a great insurance agent and wonderful inspection co. Anytime I needed help she was there and never made me feel like I was bothering her.She really held my hand through the whole experience. In short Tiffany was wonderful and I would recommend her to my best friend.

100% recommend the McIntosh Realty team. Our situation was a little tricky , we needed a contingency for our home being sold and finding the right home to buy at the same time. Not only did Tiffany sell our home quickly for the price we wanted , she also helped us find our forever home to buy and helped us close for both homes on the same day ! Tiffany is attentive and an excellent communicator , and confident in her job which certainly shows! I hope we never have to buy a home again but God forbid we did we would most definitely be using Tiffany again!

Tracie is one of the best realtors we have ever worked with. She is very attentive to your needs and wants and delivers options that fit those needs and wants. Would recommend her to anyone new or old to the low country.
