Moving to Savannah or needing to sell? I cannot recommend Brooke Powell enough. When we were looking for a house a few years ago, Brooke showed us area after area so we could get a feel for each locale. And, although we swore we would never build another house, because of Brooke's uncanny and wonderful ability to sense what we truly loved, she found us the property we could not turn down, and so we built. She is warm and charming, honest in her dealings, and really wants what is best for her clients.
