We were represented by Fran Belloir. She was very easy to contact throughout the entire home buying process. We felt that she worked hard to ensure that our experience was smooth and painless. We even ran into a hiccup the day of closing and she wrote a personal check to cover the expense. Even after closing, Fran was very quick to obtain information we requested from the seller pertaining appliance warranties. We felt that Fran made us top priority and we're thankful for the hard work she put in for us.

Would give more stars if I could. We didn't make it easy on our realtor Dawn Stahl. There were several complications throughout the process of purchasing our home in Savannah. From complex financing to stolen appliances, everything that could have gone wrong did, or would have if not for Dawn. She handled every obstacle with professional aplomb and made sure we were up to date with pertinent information. She was there whenever we needed questions answered or fears put to rest, and made what could have been a nightmarish experience into an easy one. I am now beginning my own real estate career and can appreciate even more the lengths to which Dawn went to make sure our deal was successful. Thank you Dawn! And thank you Engel & Völkers!
