The Librarian that usually work there at the second desk is very rude and hypocritical because when a individual was talking on the phone in a normal voice she has a problem with it but when she talking to her fellow coworkers she was very loud. I believe she was harassing and discriminate against the individual that was on the phone

Theres no reason a PUBLIC LIBRARY should have timed parking spots. Especially parking spots that are only an hour and a half. If I cant even be at the library for two hours then whats the point of going? Youre better off just staying home or going to another place. Its ridiculous.
