As someone with multiple degrees, including one in clinical psychology, and currently pursuing a PhD, I had high expectations when I scheduled an appointment with this therapist to discuss my recent loss. However, my experience turned out to be deeply unsatisfying. Magdalene arrived a full 10 minutes late without any apology or explanation, which immediately set a discouraging tone. Even more concerning was her failure to read the questionnaire I had filled out, leaving me to question her level of preparation and professionalism. This oversight was especially disheartening given my background in the field. I reached out to Magdalene seeking empathy and understanding during a challenging time in my life. Regrettably, she demonstrated a complete lack of compassion and a rather entitled attitude. It was evident that her focus was not on helping but on payment. To add to the disappointing encounter, when after 5 minutes i decided to finish the session, she insisted on being paid regardless, a decision that emphasized her priorities in an unfortunate way. As someone with a deep understanding of the field, I cannot recommend her services due to the lack of professionalism, compassion, and a focus on payment rather than genuinely helping her clients. IN ADDITION, they sent me a bill for $100. I called the office and deacribed the situation and i told them i will not pay a penny and i want to file a formal complain with the board. The woman named Anita took the message and promised the supervisor would call me the same day. It has been 7 days - no call, nothing. Whoever is reading this review - DO NOT EVER schedule a call with this person or with anyone from LifeStance . Not only they dont care, they cause more damage than you came to heal

Magdalene is very knowledgeable about EDMR and she explains EDMR in laymans terms to help better understand the techniques. I had my first session with her today, and the session was very productive.

I've only had a couple of visits and so far I like it. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Magdalene was very helpful and kind. Conversation came easily with us. We have scheduled two more appointments that I feel will be beneficial.
