        If I could give 0 stars I would. Had an appointment April 12! We got there 30 minutes EARLY! Dr branch spent maybe 15 minutes with my child , my child shut down granted our appointment was NOT until 4 my child takes 5 minutes to pull themself together and goes back in Dr Branch says oh no we dont have time today HOW! THE BUILDING WAS EMPTY LITERALLY JUST US LAST APT OF THE DAY. Its 3:50 at this point. 10 MINUTES before our appointment, tells us to call back in a week. We call back he wont see us until AUGUST! INSANE! We waited since last NOVEMBER for this appointment IN APRIL and we were seen for literally 15 MINUTES IM SURE HE CHARGED OUR INSURANCE! Dont waste your time here. Bad customer service as they cant even answer a phone !
