.. good care is hard to come by.. Patients don't like having to go though rosters for things done as they were..... Holds special places in mines as well.. the mind of one is madness..I know this

Dr. Manoj K Dass has been wonderful as well as his hard working staff! I know through my experience I have always felt safe and cared for; ever one goes the extra step to provide their clients with the support they need! All thanks goes out to each Individual and holds a special place in my life!

THIS IS HORRIBLE OPERATIONS THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. WHY HAVE A AFTER HOURS NUMBER FOR EMERGENCIES AND NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS ANY INFORMATION I FIGHT WITH THEM EVERY MONTH TO SEND MY AUNTS REFILLS TO KROGER PHARMACY THEY DID NOT SEND IT AFTER RECEIVING THE LAB WORK THEN CLOSE THEY ARE CLOSED ON THE 4TH OF JULY AND THEY CLOSE ON FRIDAYS SO NOW THE AFTER HOURS NUMBER SAID NOTHING THEY CAN DO BECAUSE THE DOCTOR DOES NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED WELL IF MY BUSINESS AND OFFICE IS NOT DOING THE JOB THEY ARE PAID TO DO I WOULD WANT TO KNOW ABOUT IT AND WANT TO HELP MY PATIENT. NO DANIELLE REFUSED TO CALL HIM BECAUSE SHE SAID SHE GOT IN TROUBLE BEFORE TO CALL HIM THIS IS COMPLETE B.S. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS WITH MENTAL ILLNESS AND THIS IS NOT DRUGS SHE TAKES FOR CALMNESS OR RECREATIONAL DRUGS ITS SO SHE DON'T HEAR VOICES AND GOES OFF THE DEEP END NOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH HER UNTIL MONDAY WITH NO MEDS.

Dr. Dass is very friendly. However, his staff at the front desk could really use a class on customer service. Called to schedule an appointment and lady on the other end of the phone begin to tell me that I received a payment from the insurance company. In the future, it would be nice if you give some background information to the patient before assuming they know what you are talking about. Oh, and I did not receive the payment, it went to the policy holder.
