Jean is an asset for this company. Im on my third lease and she has been responsive to all my needs and questions. She lets me know ahead of time of any and everything I need to be aware of, which is rare. I could not be happier with my experience.
An additional plus is how easy the online portal is to navigate. Maintenance requests, rent payments or any other request Ive had to make have been addressed in less than 24 hours.
