Property poorly managed poor conditions no communication skills at all infestation issues and this company requires a credit score of 600 for a run down hotel turned into apartments I bawk at the thought of this company discriminating for lower than 600 score in the condition the properties are in and vent system contraptions are hazardous and the unprofessional manner issues are looked to be resolved unjust behavior

Very kind staff who are always helpful and fair to tenants. Def recommend this company for all rental and property management needs. Ms. Terri is extremely helpful and understanding whenever I call. She's truly the best! Thank you lanier. ..only wish u had a referral program because I'm constantly sending people your way lol.

Customer service is extremely poor, and respect does not exist with this company. Tenants are bamboozled with fees that are unjust, and property manager's only concern is how much money they can get out of you. LR does not care to hear tenants' concern, nor have a professional/respectful conversation. I have never dealt with a business that goes above and beyond to let you know your business means absolutely nothing to them. From the 1st month of the rent being due, I knew I would limit the conversation that I would have with this business. PLEASE don't ignore the reviews. They are true! If you find yourself in a situation with them, videos and pictures will take you a long way because your word is nothing to them. Be cautious and record everything for proof when dealing with this untruthful company.

Oh, but I did contact you. You tried to say I owed thousands, I informed you about the applicable state law we agreed to in our contract and you threatened to sue me and I told you I looked forward to seeing you in court.... that was the end of it. Never heard from you again. I'm sure your "legal team" corrected your ignorance and ineptness because you couldn't sue me if you tried. You would've owed me. Ha!! That was years ago. According to all these NEW terrible reviews you have done nothing but get worse. It's pathetic and trashy. Mr. Marion was a good man and you have ruined his name. Shame!
