Romano's Pizzeria and Grill

Ordered a Philly cheese steak and fries for delivery. 2 hrs later I get it and it's cold and the fries are soggy. Not happy at all and for $30 freaking dollars. Lesson learned.

Wow! Pizza two hours late! Call Romano's Pizza Hwy 30, and tell them there two hours late, young lady says not sure I will get the manager. Manager comes on and Zed? the manager responds with no remorse at all, it's like oh well. To the point we thought it was someone playing on the phone, it was no way anyone could be that inconsiderate. Called the owner and he apologized for his actions, which we accept, but it doesnt take the rudeness away.

We were stopped at a hotel for the night and ordered food for the family. Needles to say it is very overpriced for the quality. Pizza dough was still raw in a lot of spots around the pizza, the box was smashed down into the top of the pizza while being delivered, and the pizza was never even cut. I will never recommend this place to anyone, friends or relatives.
