      image 2 days ago I stopped by the bakery to get some dog treats. In the back grooming area there was an extremely agitated woman screaming at a dog. Not just angry but over the top agitated yelling and crashing sounds to the point I was concerned for the dogs safety, The employee assisting me in the front yelled back to see if everything was ok and shut the door to muffle the sounds. Just a word of caution if you take your pet there for grooming. It was really unsettling.

      image I have been taking my Yorkie to this establishment for a few months now on a regular basis, and have been very happy might I add.. Well todays unfortunate situation has lead me to add this review. I handed my dog off to the groomer in total trust as I am here paying for services for my baby. And her dog bit my dog. I cannot express the anger and rage that I am experiencing inside RIGHT NOW! Like moments earlier, I literally watched her - the groomer walk down the street with her dog with a strap around his mouth as he seemingly may be a biter. (If you know that your dog is aggressive as clearly she does, looks like you would keep his mouth strapped in order to not have situations like this to occur)Not to think that moments later my dog would be bitten by that very same dog. I have yet cancelled all of my appointments and suggest you be aware of my situation. And had I not stayed there during his grooming session as I always do - I may have never known. So the staff and the owners how would you feel if you were me and the owners have YET to reach out to me. This is deplorable.

      Reply for the General PublicComplete ownership team reached out to the customer within several hours of the incident. The customer was communicated with multiple times thru phone and text. She is very nice person and we hate that ANY event occured to upset her.Our stores are completely video and audio monitored and every store has multiple cameras viewing angles in order if we experience an incident it may be replayed for training purposes.Our groomer's dog Jasper did nip at the tail of the customers dog causing the small yorkie to yelp. There was no injury not any cut as confirmed by the customer's vet. We offered to pay for the vet bill but it was already covered by a plan. We offered a refund of the groom but the customer paid for the groom and tipped the groomer. As an ownership team, we have permanently removed the groomer's dog from our store as to make sure that no incident (minor or major) has the opportunity to occur in the future. It is our goal that 100% of our customers always have a great experience. This is one time we did not perform well in that pursuit. We have corrected the issue and communicated with all parties involved.
