So let me start by saying I met Justin when working with attorney Lianna McIntire. She worked under him at his office. He was so good at assisting her with my case. It was over before I knew it and with such smoothness. When I was involved in another accident I knew exactly where to go. Justin has such great reviews so I reached out. He took my case and started the process of litigation. He kept me in the loop of what was going on with the case. There were even times where we wouldnt talk for a while but he was always available via email and responded promptly with updates. Mr. Justin is a remarkable lawyer, he is very kind, honest, upfront and always there if you need him. He has exceptional knowledge and doesnt mind explaining the process as convoluted as it may be. I hired him back in 2019 and finally got my case resolved in 2023, Covid played a big part in delaying things in the legal system. Throughout the process, Mr. Justin kept me up to date with everything that was going on, he was extremely kind, respectful and cared about my well-being during my recovery process, During the negotiation process, He would give his honest opinion but nevertheless would respect my decision, as risky as it may had been, he always reminded me of the risks I was taking but would support MY decision even if that meant loosing the case which I highly appreciate of him. I never doubt him and am thankful to had come across his law firm.
We end up winning the case for a lot more than the policy limits thanks to his incredible knowledge of the law.
Ms. Ester was also an incredible customer service rep, a person that always made me smile and was so positive when I was dealing with life changing events, she was friendly, enthusiastic and amiable.

You need compassion, understanding, someone who doesnt mind answering your many questions, someone who willingly helps you learn as you go through the process. You need an Attorney who knows every applicable nook and cranny that will apply to your case, stays on top of all matters, keeps you informed and looks out for YOUR best interest. One who is not practicing law for quick settlements, little work involved and whats easier for themselves. You want an Attorney who is representing you as a family member would. Look no further than Justin Jones and his team! Justin Jones is a principled man. He practices law with integrity, and treats you with respect. His team is an extension of his personal firm beliefs. Im not from GA, I have multi Ivy League Attorneys in my family and made a very big mistake in hiring another Attorney first. I was treated horribly, matters were handled in a questionable manner and my best interest wasnt even on the radar. Luckily, I received a glowing referral by a well known ATL Attorney who assured me Mr. Jones was not only a highly respected Attorney but a sincerely nice man. What a blessing! He was absolutely correct. From my first call with Mr. Jones Assistant Extraordinaire Esther, I knew I was at the right place!
My case was unusual- I was assaulted from behind while exiting a big box home improvement store in Rincon by an employee whom Id had zero contact with. I was injured and required surgery with a long recovery. Mr. Jones was not intimidated whatsoever by facing a $100 Billion+ dollar a year corporation nor their hubris Attorney. Though we faced the suit against an unprofessional Corporate Attorney who ignored matters, canceled depositions with little notice and even went through Covid with an extensive shut down period, Mr. Jones stayed on top of matters and made me feel my case was of the utmost importance to both he and his team. He never once stooped to the underhanded, unprofessional tactics of the Corporate Attorney. He beat him every. single. time. in court in front of the Judge instead. Mr. Jones character alone made an enormous difference for me. His compassion and gentle nature are second to none. When a man speaks so lovingly of his wife and his eyes light up when speaking of his children, you know you are in the presence of greatness!
My case took more than 5 years to resolve. Much of this was due to Covid, however Mr. Jones stuck with the case and me. He answered every question I had and willingly helped my never ending curious mind to learn as the case progressed through the system. Im so very glad Mr. Jones saw my case to resolution and I can put this very difficult matter behind me with a smile on my face. For the rest of my days I will be grateful to Mr. Jones and his team.
